I got myself a little early Christmas gift. It's such a nice toy. It's a little thingy from Polaroid that you put in front of your lens. You can use it for different stuff. It allows you to take really nice macro shots but also to take some wide-angle images. At first sight that may be not the most interesting thing BUT if you own a 50mm 1.4 or 1.8 lens and you can't afford a 35mm 1.4 lens (like me) you can put that attachment in front of your lens and you' ll have wide-angle images with a wide aperature (if you want) . Well, it won't be the same like the 35mm lens, of course, but it's better than nothing. ;)
The other option you have is to put it in front of your 18-55mm lens which is the normal starter lens. And then you can take wide-angle images with a slightly fish-eye effect.
There is so much to do with it. Until now I had a lot of fun discovering all the functions and I think you'll see some more photos in the future that were taken with the help of the Polaroid lens.
I hope you had a nice St. Nicholas' Day!
